Diane Susan "Deb" McWhiggin is a main character in Finding Nemo and a minor character in Finding Dory. She is a blue and white humbug. The dentist received Deb through a mail order. She believes her reflection is her twin sister named Flo.
Flo is a loyal companion. She's always there when Deb needs her, she's never loud, and when Deb is in a smiley mood, Flo always seems to be in one too. Flo sometimes gets in the way when Deb wants to look out of the tank.
